    Figuroa Mt. East features the Happy Canyon climb followed by the main event. The valley desert gives way to mountain vistas of the central coast of California.

    This climb sidewinds up the east side and transitions from a riparian desert habitat at the bottom of the drainage, through sage and chapparel, and finishes in pine forest.

    The descent down the west side is a blast. Super fast and twisty. About a mile after the bottom look for MJ's Neverland Ranch.
